All membership plans require a 90-day minimum commitment. After the initial period, membership continues on a rolling basis. To cancel, we require 30 days written notice. This ensures we can maintain driver assignments and route stability for all members.
No. Your price is locked on the date you enroll. It does not change in year two or year three. What you see when you join is what you pay, every time — this is a core structural commitment at Kova Mobility, not a promotional offer.
Submit your application with your pickup and destination addresses. We confirm route compatibility within 48–72 hours — before any commitment is made or any billing begins. You will not be locked in until we confirm we can serve your route.
Zone distance surcharges apply for routes in extended coverage areas beyond 10 miles from the primary service area. These are disclosed clearly during your application review — before you commit. Routes within primary Bay County coverage (0–10 miles) are included in your membership rate with no additional surcharges.
Modifications to recurring schedules require 48 hours advance notice. One-time changes and extra rides (using your credit allocation) can be arranged with 48 hours notice. Contact us at info@kovamobility.com or (850) 348-0759.
