Questions
Can non-members book?
Yes. Non-members book at the non-member rate. If you’re booking more than twice a month, a membership pays for itself.
How far in advance do I need to book?
48 hours minimum. That’s the time we need to confirm driver availability, map the route, and coordinate timing across your stops.
What’s the deposit policy?
30% non-refundable deposit to confirm. Once the driver is reserved, the block is yours — that slot is off-market.
How many people can ride?
Up to 4 passengers. One driver giving full focus — not a packed shuttle.
Can we add stops the night of?
Not mid-block. With 48 hours notice, pre-planned stops can be added at $35 each.
Do zone surcharges apply?
No. Block rate is flat for Panama City Beach and Bay County. Price locked at booking.
Can passengers drink during the block?
Yes — at your stops. Florida law prohibits open containers in vehicles, so drinking happens at the bars, restaurants, and venues on your block. Between stops, the car stays alcohol-free.
Are drivers licensed, insured, and background-checked?
Yes on all three. Every Kova driver is properly licensed, the fleet carries commercial insurance, and every driver passes a background check before their first block.
Is tipping expected?
Not expected — the block price is the block price. Gratuity is never required. If the driver made the night work, it’s always appreciated.
