No. Kova drivers are independent contractors (1099). You set your availability, choose the routes that work for you, and operate on your own schedule.
Yes. You drive your own vehicle. It needs to be clean, reliable, and properly insured. This is a premium service — the vehicle reflects the experience.
If you’re actively working toward reinstatement, we keep your application on file and follow up when you’re eligible to drive. We don’t write people off — we build a pipeline.
Yes. Every driver passes a background check before being assigned a route. We also verify your license and insurance. Our riders trust us with their daily lives — we take that seriously.
