We also automatically collect usage data through analytics, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps via Google Analytics (GA4).

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kova Mobility's website, services, and membership. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a valid resident of Florida to use Kova Mobility services. You are responsible for providing accurate information during application and membership.

Membership Commitment

Memberships are subscription-based with defined billing cycles (biweekly). You agree to maintain a valid payment method and allow us to charge your account according to your selected plan. Route consistency is fundamental to our service.

Payment and Billing

Payment is due in advance for each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and will notify you before attempting payment. Failed payments may result in service suspension. Overpayments or refunds will be credited to future billing cycles.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel at the end of their current billing cycle with 7 days' notice. Cancellations within the billing cycle are not eligible for prorated refunds. Early cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@kovamobility.com.

Service Limitations

Kova Mobility is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If a member cannot use scheduled routes for more than 3 consecutive weeks, membership may be terminated.

Liability Disclaimer

Kova Mobility is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. Claims must be filed within one year of the dispute arising.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Members will be notified of material changes.

Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement supplements our Terms of Service and outlines specific terms for Kova Mobility members.

Membership Plans

We offer three membership tiers:

Zone add-ons apply for destinations beyond Zone A (0–20 miles): Zone B (+$35/bw), Zone C (+$85/bw), Zone D (+$145/bw, Black Label only).

Route Confirmation

Before membership begins, you must provide home and work addresses. We confirm all routes are operationally feasible. We reserve the right to decline memberships for routes we cannot reliably serve.

Billing and Renewals

Membership renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You are responsible for keeping payment information current. Payment failures will be retried; repeated failures may result in service termination.

Route Changes

Route changes (home or work address) can be made with 14 days' notice and may affect your pricing. Requests submitted with less notice will apply to the following billing cycle.

Attendance and Cancellations

Members are expected to use their scheduled routes regularly. Unpaid routes are still reserved for you. If you need to skip scheduled pickups, notify us in advance via your member portal or by calling (850) 348-0759.

Party Pass and Special Services

Party Pass is a standalone service separate from membership and not subject to subscription cancellation protections. Party Pass rides are one-time purchases.

Non-Discrimination

Kova Mobility does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or any other protected class. All members receive equal treatment regardless of background.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate membership for non-payment, misuse of services, or violations of these terms. Terminated members forfeit remaining billing cycle credits.

Effective Date

This Membership Agreement is effective as of your enrollment date and remains binding for the duration of your membership.
